The ACCESS PlanOur school counseling program uses the ACCESS Plan to assess the needs of our students. The questions are categorized by the Academic, Career, College access/readiness and Personal/Social domains of student development. The information you provide is confidential. We look at this information to determine how we can provide you with the resources you need to succeed. If you do not want to submit this questionnaire online, feel free to print it out and hand it to your school counselor in person. It is important that you fill this out as soon as possible at the beginning of the school year. Copies are also available in the school counseling office, in room 552. Please take some time to fill out the questionnaire below so that your school counselor can help you to achieve your goals!
